"Be as a bird perched on a frail branch that she feels bending beneath her, still she sings away all the same, knowing she has wings." ~Victor Hugo
Since losing her husband to suicide, Amy has dedicated her life to discovering what it means to be truly alive. She searched the globe and walked 2,190 miles with a just a backpack to uncover the mystery. And the entire time, the answers were within…herself. Now she is passionate about helping others discover their own innate wisdom.
After leaving the military, Amy moved to Asheville, North Carolina to live among the oldest mountains in the world. When she’s not hiking or enjoying time with her partner Shane, she spends her days supporting those that have decided to shift their reality and embrace their elemental wholeness.
To combine Thai Yoga Bodywork and Human Design with a structured coaching conversation to address the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of stress and pain so you can find your way home...to yourself. Amy helps creative, courageous, and stressed out people achieve their vision of wellness; release false identities, terminate untrue stories, and find self-love again...deep within the ripples of their wholeness.
